Mutually fulfilling relationships contribute to happiness
Mutually fulfilling relationships contribute to happiness, overall health and longevity. Few things are more important than the persons close to us.
Sometimes, however, behavior and communication problems get in the way of having the relationships we want to have. Interactions become frustrating and ineffective. Whether the relationship is parent/child or significant other to significant other, fresh starts with new strategies can greatly improve our lives. Self-help books are one way to learn how relationships can be improved; counseling is another. Counseling has the advantage of tailoring strategies to the individual’s situation.
